If you love spicy, juicy, and "sticky" wings, but don't want to waste money on fast food—this recipe is a true little revelation. All you need is a few basic spices that almost everyone already has at home, a little patience, and an oven. No frying, no complications, and no expensive ingredients.
These wings are perfect proof that the simplest recipes often yield the best flavor. Lightly crisped on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with just enough heat to "wake up your appetite." They are ideal for lunch, dinner, watching a game, or when you simply want to eat something hearty and homemade.
If you think that with Candida, diabetes, insulin resistance, or thyroid issues you have to give up delicious food—these wings are a good example that this is not true. They are prepared with the skin on, without frying, and with a minimal amount of oil, so they remain juicy, filling, and nutritionally valuable, while being very affordable.
These wings are simple, cheap, and filling, and with the right choice of spices, they can fit into dietary regimes where you monitor sugar, Candida, and the thyroid—of course, without overdoing it and with a balanced rest of the meal.
It is best to serve them with a generous fresh salad of your choice, or with a cold potato salad with onions.

Wash the wings and drain them well. Make a spice mix - salt, pepper, turmeric, oregano, red paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes. Add 2 tablespoons of oil or other fat.
Coat the wings well in the spices and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 200°C, bake the wings for about 20–30 minutes, then take the baking sheet out of the oven and carefully turn the wings over to the other side. Cover with the foil or parchment paper again, return to the oven, and bake for another 20 minutes at 200°C.
Take the wings out of the oven, turn them over again, and return them uncovered, without foil, to the oven. Increase the temperature to 250°C and bake for about another 10 minutes until they are well browned.

Serve with a salad mix or a side dish of your choice.
Enjoy!
