If you have candida, thyroid issues, insulin resistance, or simply feel heavy after meals, this is one of the soups I often recommend.
Zucchini cream soup is light, doesn’t burden the stomach, doesn’t spike blood sugar, and yet provides excellent satiety.
Everything is simply cooked, blended, and finished with a little olive oil.
In diets for candida, thyroid problems, diabetes, insulin resistance, and weight regulation, one thing is most important: the body needs to be nourished, not starved. Cream soups are the perfect type of meal — easy to digest, warm, hydrating, and nutrient-dense, while being gentle on the digestive system.
Zucchini is one of the safest and most versatile ingredients in therapeutic nutrition. It has a mild flavor, almost no allergenic potential, and pairs beautifully with vegetables that support the liver, gut, and metabolism.
